Full-Time Pool Technician – $33.50/hr

About the role

Join the magic at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa, as a full‑time Pool Technician. You will help create a safe, clean, and enjoyable water environment for guests while supporting the Recreation team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain water quality and cleanliness by measuring parameters and handling chemicals safely.
• Serve as a first responder for pool‑related emergencies and enforce safety policies.
• Inspect and verify pump room equipment, collaborate with Engineering/Maintenance on pump upkeep.
• Support Recreation locations by ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.

Required profile

• Successful completion of training and certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with guests, team members, and management.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and to work under pressure.
• Pass respiratory physical and fit test for respirator use.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lb, bend, twist, kneel, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
