Full-Time Physician (MD/DO) – Primary Care

About the role

We are expanding a health center in Scotia, CA and are looking for a full‑time Physician (MD/DO) to provide primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is self‑directed, collaborative, and comfortable using electronic health records.

Key responsibilities

• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Document patient encounters in electronic health records.
• Perform routine procedures and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families.
• Supervise mid‑level practitioners and coordinate care across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Valid California medical license (MD or DO).
• Experience in primary care and treating patients of all ages.
• Strong communication and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
