Full-Time Physical Therapist

About the role

Assisted Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join its Baltimore team. You will provide on‑site, geriatric‑focused rehabilitation services while enjoying a balanced workload and strong clinical autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, strength, safety, balance, and independence.
• Deliver skilled therapy services, monitor progress, update plans, and communicate status to patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and contribute to a trusted rehab program.

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible for licensure soon).
• Active CPR certification and strong clinical reasoning abilities.
• Passion for patient‑centered care and teamwork.

Required skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning.
• CPR certification.
