Full-Time Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Full‑Time Maintenance Technician to service two residential properties in the central Tyler area, starting mid‑June 2026. The role involves hands‑on maintenance, repairs, and unit turn‑overs to ensure a high‑quality living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Complete apartment make‑ready and unit turn projects efficiently and to professional standards.
• Paint interiors and exteriors as needed and handle heat‑pump servicing.
• Provide on‑call support and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• CPO certification (preferred).
• EPA/A/C certification (required).
• Experience with heat‑pump systems.
• Proficiency in painting and apartment make‑ready/unit turn processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
