Full-Time Licensed Therapist (Psychology/LCSW)

About the role

Centered Therapy Chicago (CTC) seeks a full‑time, independently licensed clinician (Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW) to join a feminist, relational, strength‑based practice. The position blends in‑office and remote clinical work, focusing on somatic and trauma‑informed therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse client base, maintaining a caseload of 22 sessions met per week.
• Integrate body‑oriented trauma modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, NARM, EMDR, or IFS into treatment plans.
• Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision, biweekly supervision thereafter, and monthly peer case consultations.
• Contribute to CTC’s training center events and curriculum development.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree with independent licensure in Illinois (Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW).
• Experience working with trauma, complex trauma, attachment, relational concerns, life transitions, eating‑related issues, immigration, grief, or identity development.
• Commitment to multicultural, feminist, relational, and trauma‑informed practice.

Required skills

• Somatic Experiencing (SE) or comparable body‑oriented trauma training.
• NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) expertise.
• EMDR certification or experience.
• Internal Family Systems (IFS) knowledge.

• Annual salary $70,500‑$81,000 for master‑level clinicians; $85,000‑$95,000 for licensed psychologists.
