Full-Time Forklift Operator – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Forklift Operator to join our China Grove, NC service center on the night shift. The role involves safely moving freight in and out of trailers during a 6 PM – 2:30 AM schedule, with a starting pay of $23.51 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock to load and unload trailers up to 53 feet long.
• Handle various types of freight, ensuring safe and efficient movement.
• Maintain accurate records by reading and processing manifests.
• Use computer displays to track shipments and inventory.

Required profile

• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for the Monday‑Friday night shift.

Required skills

• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping manifests.
• Basic computer interaction skills.
