Full-Time Forklift Operator – Farmington, MN

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator for its Farmington, MN service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock, moving freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. The position offers an hourly rate of $29.21 and immediate use of paid time off.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from trailers.
• Move various types of cargo safely within the dock area.
• Read and follow manifests and shipping documents.
• Interact with computer displays to track inventory and shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
• Some LTL (less‑than‑truckload) experience is a plus.
