Full-Time Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift

About the role
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for full‑time Forklift Operators at our Wilson, NC service center. As a Forklift Operator you will move various types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from trailers.
- Handle freight safely while navigating a roofed dock area.
- Read manifests and interact with computer displays to verify shipments.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced setting.
