About the role

Join Restaurant Associates as a full‑time Food Service Worker at the JPMorgan Chase location in Manhattan. You will be part of a team that prepares, presents, and serves high‑quality food for corporate and event catering clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients according to recipes.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store food following wrapping, dating, rotation, and food‑safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain sanitation standards.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner and address any concerns.
• Adhere to company service standards, inventory, cash control, and safety policies.

Required profile

• Prior kitchen knowledge and grill cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.
• Commitment to food‑safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
