About the role

The Full-Time Enrollment Assistant supports the enrollment process at Atlanta Technical College, providing administrative and student services to prospective and current students on the main campus.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist students with admissions, applications, registration, and enrollment deadlines.
  • Enter and maintain accurate student information in the Banner system and other platforms.
  • Provide information on college programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
  • Identify student needs and refer them to appropriate campus resources.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least six months of related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse student population.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using a student information system (preferably Banner).
  • Basic computer operation and data‑entry skills.
