Full-Time Board-Certified Radiologist

About the role

Ochsner Health’s Department of Radiology in Baton Rouge is seeking a full‑time Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Radiologist to join a growing multispecialty group. The physician will read a broad range of imaging studies and support a collaborative, integrated health‑care delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret imaging studies across modalities including X‑ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET, nuclear medicine, mammography and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Provide diagnostic reports for a multispecialty patient population with a favorable weekend call ratio (1:9) and no weekday or night call.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Radiology.
• Fellowship training in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, body imaging, or interventional radiology is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with X‑ray, CT, MRI (including 3T), ultrasound, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, mammography, breast intervention, and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Experience using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
