Full Stack Web Developer – Fuel Performance & Decarbonization

About the role

The Fuel Performance & Decarbonization team is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to create and maintain web applications that turn fuel, energy, and emissions analytics into intuitive, scalable tools for operational and regulatory decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications that support fuel performance, energy efficiency, emissions, and decarbonization initiatives.
• Translate Power BI dashboards and stakeholder requirements into modern, user‑friendly web solutions.
• Build front‑end interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a focus on usability and data visualization.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, integrating with Azure SQL databases and other enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate closely with data analysts, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure alignment with data models and enterprise standards.
• Support data validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and maintain consistency across dashboards and pipelines.
• Define and document application architecture, data flows, and deployment patterns.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability to resolve moderately complex data and reporting issues.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and influencing reporting standards.
• Understanding of fuel performance, energy efficiency, emissions, and decarbonization metrics is a plus.
