Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET / C# & React)

About the role

A U.S. housing market data company is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript expertise to join its engineering team building scalable web applications. The position is fully remote, based in LATAM, and filled as an international independent contractor. The environment is AI-first, so candidates must use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows and be able to review and test AI-generated code.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications with .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript
• Build responsive front ends and reliable back-end services
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows throughout development
• Review, debug, test and validate AI-generated code for quality, security and maintainability
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, take part in code reviews and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain technical documentation and stay current with emerging technologies

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and/or agentic development tools
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering, cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps knowledge

Required skills

• .NET (C#) and React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Git and version control
• Web application security awareness

What we offer

• Pay of USD 23-26 per hour (about USD 3,680-4,160 per month)

The process includes an application, a short recorded screening questionnaire, a one-hour technical challenge, interviews with the hiring manager, peers and the SVP of Engineering, and reference checks.
