Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, implement, and improve platform features.
• Write, test, and maintain high‑quality code based on design specifications and product requirements.
• Participate in planning and design discussions with product managers and designers.
• Develop clean, maintainable solutions using Python, Flask, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure reliability.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on the platform’s products and workflows.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver iterative releases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with pharmacy benefits management or similar healthcare domains (preferred).
• Proficiency with Git, preferably in a mono‑repository setup.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
