Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to help build AI‑powered products that solve complex, real‑world problems at scale. You will join a small, experienced team with genuine ownership, working closely with leadership to shape both the product and its technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end features across React/TypeScript front‑ends and Python back‑end services.
• Develop backend systems that orchestrate AI‑driven workflows.
• Design intuitive user experiences that make complex AI insights easy to understand.
• Build integrations with external platforms and third‑party systems.
• Work across the stack—from database design and API development to frontend implementation and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React and FastAPI or Django.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and data modelling.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where requirements evolve.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: system design, distributed systems, performance optimisation, AI/ML platforms, LLM integrations, document processing pipelines, mentoring or technical leadership.
