Full Stack Engineer

About the role

MDG Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain web applications and content‑managed sites for a portfolio of multi‑location clients. The role is hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and on‑site collaboration in Boca Raton, FL Tuesday‑Thursday.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build server‑side logic, RESTful APIs, and integrate third‑party services with a focus on security and data integrity.
• Write and maintain automated tests, conduct code reviews, and keep codebases well documented.
• Support and modernize both MDG‑owned platforms and client environments across varied technology stacks.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (Claude suite, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate delivery while critically reviewing all output.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional software development experience; senior‑level experience is a plus.
• Strong full‑stack capability with solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with server‑side development, preferably modern PHP and Laravel.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI‑assisted coding tools and to validate their output.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
