Full Cycle Recruiter – Remote/Hybrid (Contract-to-Hire)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our fast‑paced team. This contract‑to‑hire position focuses on high‑volume hiring for call‑center and customer‑service roles, offering a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume call‑center positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates while building robust talent pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coach them on interview preparation and onboarding expectations.
• Process background checks, drug screens, I‑9/E‑Verify, and complete onboarding documentation.
• Monitor candidate progress to ensure timely starts and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Required profile

• Previous full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Staffing or call‑center recruiting background strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, background checks, drug screens, and E‑Verify.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
