About the role
We are looking for a Full‑time Frozen Operations Operator to join our Product Team. In this role you will ensure that berries are accurately accounted for and packaged as fresh or frozen to meet upcoming sales requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect berries and perform quality testing to meet strict freezing standards.
- Carry out sanitation and hygiene procedures to maintain food‑safety compliance.
- Enter inventory data to track product movement in and out of storage.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee on‑time shipment of packaged product.
- Operate an automated cutting machine and a vacuum‑sealing machine to seal and package the berries.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability within the Product Team.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and food‑safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
