Frontend Engineer

About the role

Sphere Labs is looking for a Frontend Engineer to help shape the next generation of cross‑border payment infrastructure. You will work remotely with a global team to create reusable UI components and design systems that power both internal dashboards and customer‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a library of reusable frontend components and design patterns.
• Create interfaces tailored to diverse regional audiences and use‑cases.
• Analyze user behavior and metrics to iterate on data‑driven UI flows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to launch new features.
• Write high‑quality, well‑tested code with a focus on reusability and accessibility.
• Produce technical documentation, flow diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Conduct user testing with product owners, end users, and clients to gather feedback before release.
