Frontend Developer (JS, CSS3)

About the role

We are looking for a Front‑End Developer to join StartCap’s tech team. You will create engaging, responsive web interfaces for our financial platforms, working closely with back‑end engineers and UX/UI designers to turn designs into functional applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intuitive, responsive front‑end components for web applications.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers to integrate dynamic functionality using the LAMP stack.
• Write clean, well‑structured HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces while maintaining technical feasibility.
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability.
• Debug and resolve front‑end issues across browsers and devices.
• Build reusable code libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Front‑End Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience working with MySQL databases and front‑end integration.
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
