Frontend Developer – Hybrid (Hartford, CT)

About the role

VRIZE is building an AI‑driven platform that automates the software delivery lifecycle. The frontend team creates the interface where users review AI output, approve gates, and guide execution. You will own the front‑end implementation, turning product goals and UX direction into a polished, intuitive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React or a comparable framework.
• Translate product concepts into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders to build AI‑powered workflows and interfaces.
• Create reusable UI components, design patterns, and scalable front‑end architecture.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in rapid product iteration, experimentation, and discovery.
• Contribute to 0‑to‑1 product development initiatives and shape overall user experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building production‑grade front‑end applications.
• Strong proficiency with React or a comparable modern JavaScript framework.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong eye for UX and design, able to influence user experiences.
• Experience consuming and integrating APIs and understanding data models.
• Ability to work independently from concept to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
