About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will lead the front desk team at a newly designed boutique hotel in New York’s vibrant Hudson Yards district. This role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations of the front office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out, and guest inquiries.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front office staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure that guest interactions reflect the brand’s commitment to empathy and personalized service.
• Manage communication flow between guests and other hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office performance.
