Front Office Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at our 223‑room Embassy Suites in Baton Rouge. The role will be pivotal during a major renovation, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and enforce front desk guidelines, SOPs and training programs.
• Oversee daily front desk transactions, ensuring correct payment methods, rate codes and policy compliance before night audit.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional service before, during and after each stay.
• Manage loyalty program enrollments and online guest communications in line with brand targets.
• Collaborate with accounting and sales teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting.
• Participate actively in the hotel’s Executive Committee, contributing to strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a full‑service hotel front desk with multiple team members.
• Strong ability to author clear, comprehensive policies and SOPs without reliance on AI tools.
• Excellent understanding of the front desk lifecycle – pre‑arrival, check‑in, check‑out, accounting and post‑stay follow‑up.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a genuine, authentic approach to guests and staff.
