Front Office Agent – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Grand Hyatt DFW, located inside Dallas Fort Worth Airport Terminal D. You will create welcoming first impressions, manage the registration process, and ensure a smooth stay for travelers passing through the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, following hotel procedures.
• Process payments, verify billing information, and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel’s property management system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk operations.
