Front Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

This remote position focuses exclusively on high‑volume phone outreach for a U.S. health‑insurance lead generation company. You will dial, qualify, transfer, and log calls without additional strategic or administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80‑150+ inbound and outbound calls per day using a predictive or power dialer.
• Follow up with leads that were not reached on the first attempt, maintaining urgency and persistence.
• Qualify prospects on health‑insurance needs and eligibility through concise conversations.
• Perform professional live transfers to licensed agents, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Log call outcomes, lead status, and notes in Google Sheets immediately after each interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume outbound dialer role where dialing is the primary activity.
• Proven experience with predictive or power dialers and live transfers.
• Near‑native or fully fluent spoken English.
• Ability to maintain energy and accuracy despite frequent rejections.
