Front-end Full Stack Developer

About the role

Join a high‑performing Agile team that modernizes and sustains mission‑critical supervisory systems for a federal agency. You will design and build intuitive, accessible, and secure web applications that serve thousands of users nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services built with .NET Core or Node.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure Section 508 compliance and user‑centric interfaces.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog refinement, and support sprint planning.
• Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and follow secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack, including database integration with SQL Server or Sybase.
• Support CI/CD pipeline deployments using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and user guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0–5 years of professional experience in front‑end and full‑stack web development.
• Eligibility for a federal background investigation (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency with 3+ years residency).

Required skills

• Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• RESTful API design and consumption.
• .NET Core or Node.js for backend development.
• SQL Server or Sybase database integration.
• Git version control and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Automated testing frameworks such as Selenium and NUnit.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and Section 508 accessibility standards.
