Front-End Developer – Angular & TypeScript

About the role

Chmura is seeking a thoughtful Front-End Developer to join its UI team. You will work on data‑rich web applications that help organizations make better workforce, education, and economic development decisions. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building user‑facing software, learning complex product workflows, and contributing to a large, actively maintained codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for Chmura’s web applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular Material.
• Build data‑intensive components such as charts, tables, maps, dashboards, and query forms.
• Implement new features, fix bugs, reduce technical debt, and upgrade frameworks.
• Modernize legacy front‑end patterns, including AngularJS areas, while respecting existing architecture.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools responsibly, ensuring code quality, accessibility, and consistency.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, documentation, and the agile/Kanban process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong experience with Angular; experience with other SPA frameworks is a plus.
• Comfort working with REST APIs and data‑driven interfaces.
