About the role

Join the Front Desk Team at B/SPOKE Studios in Wellesley, providing welcoming, inclusive, and supportive experiences for clients from opening to closing. This part‑time role blends customer service, studio operations, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service, manage class check‑ins, and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Assist studio management with daily tasks, support instructors, and ensure a seamless studio experience.
• Perform bike fittings and maintenance, maintain product knowledge of events, operations, marketing, and retail.
• Help train newer front desk teammates and participate in monthly team meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Passionate about fitness and wellness, energetic, outgoing, and personable.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette, strong problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification and work flexible, non‑traditional hours.
