Front Desk Supervisor

About the role

Watermark BR, a historic boutique hotel in downtown Baton Rouge, is seeking a full‑time Front Desk (Guest Services) Supervisor. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager/Director of Rooms, you will help deliver courteous, efficient service to guests from arrival through checkout while supporting revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Take and process room reservations, applying rate‑quoting scenarios.
• Monitor and fulfill VIP and special guest requests.
• Review the Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Operate the front‑desk computer system and ensure accurate logging of messages, packages, and mail.
• Coordinate with all in‑house departments to provide seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
