Front Desk Agent

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and memorable. You will handle check‑ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Check owners/guests into their villas, explain property amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Listen to and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Identify and explain room features, such as key usage and vending areas.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with resolved issues.
• Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately.
• Assist with bellman and runner duties when required.

Required profile

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as required.
