French-Speaking Group Travel Operations Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Group Travel Operations Manager to design, price, and manage bespoke travel programs across Canada and the United States. Working directly with the founders, you will create high‑quality itineraries for European B2B partners, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refresh annual travel product catalogs for Canada and the U.S. based on market trends.
• Research, source, and negotiate with hotels, transport providers, activity operators, guides, and restaurants.
• Build customized itineraries and write French‑language program descriptions and client‑facing materials.
• Prepare detailed pricing, quotes, and proposals with a focus on margins and profitability.
• Support operational logistics for confirmed bookings and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership on product strategy and market positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical or client‑facing role.
• Travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
