French-Speaking Account Manager – Automotive National Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Account Manager to lead automotive national accounts for ExxonMobil. Based in Ogden, UT, this hybrid role combines strategic account growth, pipeline management and customer‑centric service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute head‑quarter account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Meet and exceed annual and quarterly performance KPIs.
• Ensure consistent application of contract, pricing, credit, and accounts‑receivable standards.
• Manage pipeline development and opportunity progression for high‑value accounts.
• Lead strategic negotiations and handle escalations for complex deals.
• Maintain SLA and SOP compliance across all activities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key automotive national accounts.
• Provide world‑class customer experience through prompt issue escalation and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Customer Support and Finance.
• Utilise CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to track pipeline and account performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Experience managing automotive national accounts or similar B2B sales environments.
• Proven ability to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid office setting.
