French Reservation & Ticketing Agent

About the role

The French Reservation & Ticketing Agent will join a dynamic call‑center team that supports a French low‑cost, long‑haul airline. Working with English‑ and French‑speaking customers, you will handle inbound calls, chats and emails to manage bookings, issue tickets and resolve travel‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls from English and French passengers, providing assistance with reservations, changes and cancellations.
• Process bookings, issue tickets and electronic miscellaneous documents (EMDs) using airline reservation systems.
• Support travel agents with B2B inquiries and technical requests.
• Handle live chat and email communications in both languages.
• Respond to passenger enquiries redirected from social media platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of flight schedules and airline policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in airline customer service or travel booking environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus reservation system.
• Proficiency with the Sabre reservation system.
