Freelance Creative Strategist for Performance & UGC Ads

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Creative Strategist who will develop high‑impact ad concepts for Meta and TikTok Shop, focusing on the US market. You will turn insights and trends into compelling hooks and deliver ready‑to‑produce briefs that guide our video editors.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and write ad ideas with strong, varied hooks for performance and UGC ads on Meta and TikTok Shop.
• Prepare 1‑5 script variants per project in Notion, typically 3‑5 briefs per week.
• Review edited videos, provide actionable feedback through Frame, and ensure compliance with naming conventions.
• Analyse ad performance using the hit‑rate framework and Klar attribution to extract learnings.
• Monitor trends, formats and competitor ads to inform new concepts.
• Contribute proactive strategic ideas to improve performance and support the internal Creative Strategy team.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the US consumer market, pop culture and digital advertising trends.
• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or Performance Marketer creating concepts for Meta ads.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple briefs and meet tight production timelines.
