Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Part-Time

About the role

Plutus Health Inc. is seeking a part‑time Fractional Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for its Revenue Cycle Management services. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long‑term corporate goals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Oversee accounting, reimbursement, and utilization review functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of payroll tax, public disclosure, and payer cost reports.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify cost‑reduction and revenue‑enhancement opportunities.
• Support operational and capital planning, including service demand and productivity assessments.
• Communicate financial results and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Review contracts, purchase agreements and charge master to maximize net reimbursement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial management within the healthcare or RCM sector.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and mentor staff.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving financial performance.
• Experience presenting financial insights to C‑suite executives.
