About the role

The AT&T Accounting Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is a two‑year, paid rotational program based in Dallas, TX. Participants rotate through core accounting and reporting teams, gaining hands‑on experience while building technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two 12‑month rotations across accounting, reporting, controller, tax, audit, or treasury functions.
• Support financial decision‑making by preparing accurate accounting records and reports.
• Collaborate with senior accounting professionals and executives on real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in accounting or a related specialty, completed by June start date.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in a long‑term accounting career.
