FP&A Manager – US Surgical (BPA)

About the role

As a BPA Manager supporting Alcon’s US Surgical function, you will act as a key finance business partner for the Vitreoretinal, Refractive and Tech Service segments. You will provide analytical and operational support across planning, analysis, reporting and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management in strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Support the planning process, including Target, OQR‑LO and strategic plan setting.
• Own the Profit & Loss, monitor performance versus targets, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Forecast and report on key sales drivers, collaborating with Marketing on ROI‑based project investment.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing processes, controls, OQRs and reporting.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and report on new product launches.
• Work with EFA, sales and marketing on equipment deals and commercial programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Proven experience operating as a finance business partner.
