FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are building a structured, data‑driven FP&A function within a lean accounting and finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO and Controller, the analyst will design, build and operationalise the company’s financial planning, forecasting and performance infrastructure across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual budget and rolling forecast process.
• Support function leaders on budgeting best practices and long‑term/short‑term forecasting frameworks.
• Perform monthly budget‑vs‑actual analysis and improve forecast accuracy and assumption transparency.
• Model cash‑flow visibility and working‑capital requirements.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning for strategic decisions.
• Identify trends in revenue, margin, productivity and cost discipline.
• Build repeatable, scalable reporting frameworks and standardise KPI definitions across offices.
• Consolidate multi‑entity, multi‑currency financial reporting for global offices.
• Enhance data governance, documentation standards and reporting infrastructure.
• Evaluate and improve financial and non‑financial systems, including AI‑driven tools.
• Utilise AI tools to accelerate model building, variance analysis and scenario generation.
• Develop firm‑wide KPI dashboards and performance metrics using financial and operational data.
• Support strategic initiatives with ROI and scenario modelling and perform ad‑hoc analysis as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, strategic finance or investment banking.
• Experience in professional services, recruiting, advisory or other people‑driven businesses preferred.
• Strong financial modelling capability and structured analytical thinking.
• Comfort working with imperfect data and a proactive mindset toward process improvement, automation and AI.
• Ability to collaborate with senior finance leaders and cross‑functional teams.
