Foundry Sales Manager – Remote Southeast Territory

About the role

Pyrotek is seeking a remote‑based Foundry Sales Manager to drive growth across its Southeast territory, covering Knoxville, TN, Atlanta, GA, and Greenfield, SC. You will act as a trusted advisor to foundry manufacturers, expanding market share while mentoring a team of Sales Engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with foundry customers, decision‑makers, and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Engineers to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value‑driven solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
• Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
