Communications Sales Representative - Fort Wayne, IN

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Communications Sales Representative in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a field-based, outside sales position promoting and selling Stryker Communications products to meet customers' needs. The role suits people who are challengers, teammates, networkers, closers, customer-oriented achievers and persistent game changers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Communications products to meet customers' needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings, demonstrating the value of the products.
• Track territory progress and proactively report wins to the Regional Manager, pushing to exceed goals.
• When onsite with clients, use product knowledge to solve product problems and explain proper use and maintenance to doctors, nurses and other staff.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years in an outside sales position; medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Field sales training.
