Foundry Developer (Palantir Vantage)

About the role

CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Senior Foundry Developer within Palantir's Army Vantage program. You will design, build and deploy advanced solutions using Vantage's data integration, analytics and operational capabilities, and help integrate other capabilities such as ADVANA so they work together across platforms. You will join an Agile Scrum team in Ashburn, Virginia, with up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build complex, multi-page Workshop applications with variables, events, object views and Actions wired in.
• Apply ontology fundamentals: object types, link types, action types and permissioning.
• Develop pipelines using Code Repositories or Pipeline Builder, with incremental transforms and scheduling.
• Ensure data health, lineage and trustworthiness, and handle security and governance such as markings, restricted views and mandatory controls.
• Read, debug and write Python and PySpark, and report progress at developer team sessions.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with an active secret DoD security clearance (interim clearance acceptable).
• College degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, MIS or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of related technical experience.
• Experience building and shipping a production Workshop application and modeling or extending an ontology.
• Scrumban experience in an Agile environment, good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Palantir Foundry: Workshop apps, ontology, pipelines, data health and governance.
• Python and PySpark; proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Desirable: Vantage, ADVANA, MAVEN, Army 365, Azure stack, Power Platform, TypeScript, React, OSDK and MCP.
