Founding Operator / Chief of Staff & Co-Founder (Equity Heavy)

About the role

PROFID is seeking a hands‑on founding operator to work directly with the founder and help turn a solid technical foundation into commercial traction, disciplined operations, and scalable growth. This equity‑heavy position is designed for a U.S.‑based builder who thrives in ambiguous, high‑impact environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising execution: refine investor outreach, improve positioning, and increase the likelihood of closing a strategic round.
• Drive enterprise GTM: convert pipeline into pilots, contracts, and strategic customer relationships.
• Build operating cadence: establish prioritization, accountability, and early‑stage processes required for scale.
• Partner with the founder on high‑priority problems, including strategic partnerships, decision support, and special situations.

Required profile

• Proven judgment, intensity, and execution ability in early‑stage startups.
• Experience working closely with founders or C‑level executives on fundraising, GTM, or operations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to roll up sleeves across functions.
