About the role
The Dollar Foundation is seeking a founding Chief Executive Officer to lead capital formation, total value locked (TVL) growth, and the FISC token economy. This is a hands‑on, commercial, crypto‑native executive position focused on scaling a DeFi protocol and championing the ecosystem both online and onstage.
Key responsibilities
- Own capital formation and drive TVL growth across token demand, staking, and vault deposits.
- Set, track, and report key performance metrics for the protocol’s growth.
- Develop and manage the FISC token economy.
- Represent the foundation publicly, articulating vision to curators, funds, and risk firms.
Required profile
- Proven experience scaling a DeFi protocol.
- Deep expertise in tokenomics and crypto‑native business models.
- Credibility with crypto curators, investment funds, and risk management firms.
- Ability to communicate vision effectively online and onstage.
