Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) – GenAI / Full Stack

About the role

We are seeking a senior Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with deep expertise in Generative AI and full‑stack development to partner with enterprise line‑of‑business teams in Irving, TX. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and scaling AI‑powered solutions that transform software development life‑cycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI‑driven applications and services.
• Integrate AI tools and models into enterprise SDLC workflows.
• Collaborate with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and AI adoption.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for AI tooling.
• Establish best practices, performance tuning, and scaling strategies for AI solutions.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience (14+ preferred).
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
