Forward Deployed, Sales & Trading

About the role

Rogo is looking for a Forward Deployed professional to join its Sales & Trading team in New York. You will work directly with top financial institutions, helping them integrate Rogo's AI solutions into their daily workflows and long‑term strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions.
• Lead full‑cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring product demos to specific use cases.
• Partner with marketing to create targeted content for financial professionals.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, feeding insights back to sales and product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to shape market perception.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in a front‑office finance role, specifically sales & trading.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a balance of creative problem‑solving and scrappiness.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and ability to explain transformer concepts.
