Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad)

About the role

LiteLLM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad) to help customers succeed with its AI gateway platform. You will work directly with developers, diagnose issues, and ensure smooth integration of LLM services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the support queue and resolve tickets to drive customer success.
• Diagnose customer issues, reproduce them in the customer’s environment, and address root causes.
• Submit pull requests for bug fixes and product improvements when needed.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, communicating findings back to engineering.
• Maintain high throughput while delivering thorough, data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Computer science degree from a top university (mandatory).
• Strong technical fundamentals and eagerness to learn the LiteLLM product quickly.
• Obsessed with helping customers succeed and solving root‑cause problems.
• Metrics‑driven, hardworking, and able to handle a high volume of tickets.
• Bias toward deep problem understanding rather than superficial fixes.
