Former Founder – Operations Role

About the role

We are looking for a former founder to join our Operations team. You will own outcomes, work hands‑on with AI and computer‑vision tools, and help shape the future of programmable AI.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard in person at our NY or SF hub and build relationships across the company.
• Ship a substantial new feature to an end‑user within the first week.
• Develop a Roboflow computer‑vision product or improve an existing one.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of ownership and accountability.
• Curiosity about new technologies, especially AI and computer vision.
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively in a high‑autonomy environment.

Required skills

• Experience building products with AI or computer‑vision technologies.
• Ability to contribute to open‑source projects or create tools using Roboflow.

What we offer

• Base salary $70k‑$150k per year, reviewed every six months.
• $4,000 annual travel stipend and $350 monthly productivity stipend.
