Foreman

About the role

PC Construction is looking for a Foreman to lead and work alongside multiple crew members on self‑perform projects across a wide range of trade disciplines, including concrete forming, carpentry, framing, basic roofing, drywall, flooring, ceilings and siding. The role requires hands‑on tool use, effective crew management, and the ability to plan and maintain project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a crew of 5‑10 workers on commercial construction sites.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, perform material take‑offs and order supplies.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly work, coordinating subcontractor activities as needed.
• Perform tool‑related tasks when required and mentor crew members in proper tool use.
• Travel to various job sites as project demands dictate.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supervising a commercial construction crew of 5‑10 people.
• Broad knowledge of construction divisions, including site work, concrete, framing, finishes, basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to read drawings, conduct material take‑offs and manage material procurement.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain project schedules and integrate subcontractor work.
