Food Prep Worker - Coca-Cola Amphitheater

About the role

The Food Prep worker prepares food or assists with food preparation and helps cashiers facilitate orders to guests at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater in Birmingham. The role involves serving customers, handling inventory and keeping the station clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Prepare products and properly handle inventory
• Keep all food warmers full
• Maintain proper food handling procedures
• Organize the station and keep it clean, remove garbage and clean equipment
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures

Required profile

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Ability to work fluently in English
• Ability to work in an open-air environment in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs or ramps
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Sufficient mobility for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
