Taco Bell is hiring a Team Member (Food Champion) in Charlotte, NC, for its restaurant. Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales and payments, and handle customer issues
• Prepare products and maintain their quality
• Monitor all service equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with labor board, OSHA and company standards
• Unload, stock and keep required inventory levels
• Support recognition and motivation efforts
• Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers

Required profile

• At least 16 years old
• Dependable transportation
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity, able to move up to 45 lbs
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Complete training certification, willingness to learn, teamwork and strong work ethic
